Before any long-term engagement, I spend 1 to 3 full days inside your company. Together we map costs you can cut to zero, automations you don't yet have, marketing opportunities your competitors are missing, and where we can actually maximize revenue. I leave with a surgical list of prioritized interventions and a plan to ship them.

All plans are annual commitments, billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude VAT. Loyalty Rate: -5% on renewal (year 2), -10% from year 3.

Focused Engagements
Strategy Session
A focused call you can book whenever you need it. Useful either to tackle a specific problem on your table, or to get an experienced 360° read on your company, its numbers, its next moves, and the levers you're not yet pulling. You leave the call with concrete directions, not with a wishlist.
Custom Solutions
When you need something concrete built — an automation, a system, a process to overhaul — we design and ship it together. The price depends on actual complexity, defined upfront on your specific case.
Optional Performance Bonus: if the intervention cuts measurable costs (for example an automation saving you €40k/year), you recognize a share of the value generated in the first year, agreed upfront based on the project scope. For clients on an annual advisory plan, the share is halved.

What makes you different from AI consulting firms?
I'm not an AI consultant. I'm an entrepreneur with 23 years of operational experience who uses AI as one of the most powerful tools available today to minimize costs and maximize revenue for the companies I work with. Consulting firms hand you a strategy deck. I get inside your business, understand where you're losing money and where you can make more of it, and then we build the actual solutions to get there together.
What's the difference between Onboarding and a Strategy Session?
A Strategy Session is a single focused call. Onboarding is a full immersion of one or more days inside your company, and it's the foundation any ongoing engagement starts from.
What is the Performance Bonus?
It's an optional mechanism tied to Custom Solutions. If we build an automation or system together that saves you money in a measurable way, a share of the first-year savings comes back to me. The percentage is agreed upfront based on the project, and it is halved for clients already on an annual advisory plan.
What if I need to pause my advisory engagement?
Annual plans can be paused with three months' notice. When you return, a new Onboarding may be needed to realign the work with the current state of your business.
Can I upgrade my plan during the year?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The difference is prorated over the remaining months.
Why fractional instead of a full-time hire?
Most companies don't actually need a full-time senior hire for what they're really looking for. They need someone who has already been where they want to go, with the right presence per month, without the cost and complexity of a structured hire.
Can you handle crisis situations?
Yes. I was forged by two major economic crises, 2008 and 2020, and I have personally led companies that had to restructure while continuing to operate at full capacity.
How long until the first results?
It depends on the complexity of the intervention and the current state of the business. In most cases the first concrete impacts are visible within the first weeks of working together.
Which industries do you work with?
In more than twenty years I've managed or invested in dozens of different industries in senior roles: from construction to e-commerce, from large-scale retail to financial markets, from livestock to services, and many more. Cross-industry skills matter more than vertical ones when it comes to reading a business and finding where the real value levers are.
Do you work with companies outside Italy?
Yes, I work internationally.
What is your availability?
I work exclusively in a direct way, with no intermediaries or collaborators, leveraging the most advanced tools available today to multiply the impact of every hour I dedicate.
