23 Years of Building. One Person.
I started my career in economics, building my first companies in energy and insurance. Those early years taught me something that still drives everything I do: business is about numbers, and every number tells a story about where money is being made or lost.
In 2009, I founded Olbia.it, which grew into Sardinia’s most-read independent digital newspaper with over 70,000 daily readers. Building a sustainable media business with zero public funding taught me the value of lean operations and audience-first thinking.
Then came Spesati — an e-grocery platform serving Sardinia. Running a company that processes 11,000 orders a year across 4 warehouses and 313 delivery zones gave me deep operational knowledge of retail logistics. I learned where the inefficiencies hide.
In late 2025, everything converged. I built GroceryAI — the world’s first AI-powered WhatsApp ordering platform for grocery retail. 240+ automation nodes. 50,000 words of business logic. 9,000+ products orchestrated by AI. Built entirely by one person: me, working directly with AI as my execution partner. It was the synthesis of 23 years of business experience and the capabilities of modern AI.
I don’t believe in the separation between strategy and execution. The best strategies are built by people who can also execute them. That’s what I do.
